Our inspiration: building wealth for the next generation

Inspired by Robert F. Smith's challenge to create meaningful change in our communities, we founded the Children’s Financial Literacy Company. As a product of North Philadelphia, I realized that financial literacy and access to wealth-building opportunities can profoundly change a young person’s life. Our goal is to equip children with the financial knowledge, resources, and real-world experiences they need to make informed decisions, build wealth, and create a stronger future for themselves and their families. We believe it is only right to start here, in our community, to foster lasting change.

Ultimately, we aim to create a generation of financially confident young people who understand how money works and how to use it to create opportunities. We want students to learn not only how to earn and manage money, but also how to save, invest, start businesses, and build wealth. For the communities we serve, our goal is to establish a sustainable model where financial education is accessible from an early age, empowering students to become the next generation of entrepreneurs, investors, and community leaders. We envision an impact that extends beyond the classroom, fostering a cycle of knowledge, opportunity, and wealth passed from one generation to the next.

Our program stands out by combining financial literacy with real-world entrepreneurship and AI-powered retail technology. Instead of just classroom lessons, students experience how money works through our self-funding vending initiative. This AI retail technology creates a modern, engaging learning environment where students can explore sales, budgeting, pricing, revenue, saving, and investing firsthand. Our goal is to make financial education practical, interactive, and directly connected to opportunities students can truly experience, fostering deeper understanding and engagement.
